Change all dictionaries

Translated and edited it years ago. It was written by “Javed Choudhry” in Urdu.

On Thursday 6th December 2001, President of America declared in a Joint Press Conference with Norwegian Prime Minister that sorrowful ceremonies will take place on 11th December 2001 to remember the innocents who were killed on 11th September 2001 in the Terrorist Attacks on World Trade Center and Pentagon.

Many countries of the world celebrated that day very sadly because it was declared by the President of Super Power and every country want America to be happy with them. It was and it is the responsibility of whole world to oppose the deaths of innocent people because we are human beings, we are civilized and we are sentimental but we should first decide a thing before opposing. We should decide who is oppressed and who is innocent?

If oppressed and innocents are those who face sudden death without any crime, without any mistake and without any guilt then we will have to find time for the oppressed and innocents of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We will have to arrange condolence ceremonies for those who unfortunately born in Japan, who had no hand in breaking out the war, who hated Japanese Commanders as they hated American, French and English Commanders but except their all innocence and hatred for war they became target of American Atom Bombs. After that the lands of Hiroshima and Nagasaki never gave a fully developed plant and no complete baby born again in the both cities.

If “INNOCENTS” of the Terrorist Attacks on World Trade Center and Pentagon are thought to be innocent then we will have to find time for the oppressed and innocents of Vietnam. For those oppressed and innocent Vietnamese who were tied in Tank Chains when killed, who were hurt and then thrown in the cages having hungry scorpions, rats and snakes, whose skulls were used as beer cups and mines were buried in there land inch to inch.

If Tom and Henry are thought to be innocents then we will have to find time for the Iraqis who had no hand in making Saddam Hussain their Ruler, who had no hand in attacking Kuwait and who had no hand in challenging America but in spite of their innocence they were targeted by Cruise Missiles and other deadly weapons of America and its Allies.

All these people died and ARE DIEING innocently like the “INNOCENTS” of World Trade Center and Pentagon but in spite of their innocence and oppression these millions of men, women and children became target of American and Allied Bombs. There are many examples of events like this but no on is caring.

I am too amazed about this world. This world is acting nowadays for the Americans, who were killed in the Terrorist Attacks, as they are the first innocents and oppressed people of this world. I don’t say that they are not innocent and oppressed but there were billions of people who died innocently and in worst conditions than that of 11th September and ‘INNOCENTS’ are still dieing. The main point in all this is that no Television Stations broadcasted special programs to honour those innocents people who faced troublesome death in Japan, Vietnam and Iraq and when Americans died they were the main stories of every news channel. No one asked people to give donations for those innocents who were killed in Japan, Vietnam and Iraq but when Americans became the target, whole world donated billions of dollars in aid. No country of this world paid condolences to the innocents of Japan, Vietnam and Iraq but when Americans died , every country of this world called American President personally, they not only paid condolences to him but also to the people of America. What is this? Do you call this the right thing? Is this so called ‘JUSTICE’ of America?

Believe me, if this world is not yet the Graveyard of living people, if the people living in seven continents have eyes, if mother are not barren yet, if the hearts are still beating and if there is shame and faith in our conscience then we will have to arrange condolence ceremonies for those Japanese, Vietnamese and Iraqis who were innocents as the ‘INNOCENTS’ of WTC and Pentagon but except all this they were killed. If we do not do so then we will have to do another thing. We will have to gather dictionaries of the whole world and will have to change meanings of oppressed and innocent. We will have to write their that, “Innocent and oppressed is the person who is born in America or its Allied Country, who is friendly to America and its Allies and who die with the bullets and bombs which are Made Out of America.”

Terrorism Defined

Posted by The Patri0t 17 August, 2006 | (3) Comment

Following is a letter written by sister smiley. She sent it to the local news paper, the President & Vice President of United States and to the Senators from her area. Well written and is pretty logical. I don’t think they have printed it yet or will print it… Media is too ignorant and biased. Here it is.

The Intelligence Community is guided by the definition of terrorism contained in Title 22 of the US Code, Section 2656f(d):

• The term “terrorism” means premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience.

• The term “international terrorism” means terrorism involving the territory or the citizens of more than one country.

• The term “terrorist group” means any group that practices, or has significant subgroups that practice, international terrorism.

Israel bombed civilian centers in Lebanon, and killed thousands of civilians, including men, women, children, and the elderly, without regard to race, religion, or age. They destroyed billions of dollars worth of infrastructure. They ordered civilians to leave their homes, and then systematically bombed them while they were fleeing by the few remaining routes which Israel had left passable.

This is who our government supports? The United States Government supports a group who would, by our own definition, be defined as terrorist?

Hezbollah (not the government of Lebanon) imprisoned Israeli soldiers, not civilians. Imprisoning soldiers is not terrorism, according to US Code Section 2656f(d).

I beseech everyone to find out the facts for themselves. We can’t sit idly by while a democratic nation is destroyed by a terrorist group, and our government, the people we entrusted to represent us, condone such actions, and even have the nerve to call it self-defense. Self-defense is against military targets, not against fleeing babies and old women.

I beseech all self-respecting, freedom and democracy supporting Americans to stand up against this government hypocrisy. This is insanity, and the actions of Israel are going to force the world into a terrible war, in which many American sons, husbands, and brothers will die.

Please, all Americans, speak out against terrorism. Speak out against this terrible action of the State of Israel. Write to your congressmen, senators, and the president. We can not watch people being massacred while we eat our burgers and fries in peace.

Dell anyone?

Posted by The Patri0t 16 August, 2006 | (4) Comment

You must have my recent entry about Laptops HERE. If you own any of the following Dell Laptop model:

Latitude: D410, D500, D505, D510, D520, D600, D610, D620, D800, D810
Inspiron: 500M, 510M, 600M, 700M, 710M, 6000, 6400, 8500, 8600, 9100, 9200, 9300, 9400, E1505, E1705
Precision: M20, M60, M70, M90
XPS: XPS, XPS Gen2, XPS M170, XPS M1710

And the laptop was shipped to you between “April 1, 2004 and July 18, 2006″ then you better hurry up and check Dell Battery Program Official Website and see the instructions. Well do check it in anycase, you might be having the defective battery shipped seperately to you. Chances might be your battery is effected. Just follow the site’s instructions and I am sure it would go smoothly. According to NEWS:

Dell and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission plan to recall 4.1 million notebook batteries on Tuesday, a company representative confirmed Monday.

Dell has faced several issues this year related to exploding or flaming notebooks, and wants to ensure the safety of its customers, the representative said. The 4.1 million units is a subset of the 22 million units shipped during that time frame, he said. Dell said it doesn’t expect the cost of the recall to materially affect its earnings. The company reports earnings for the previous quarter this Thursday.

At the moment, this looks like the largest battery recall in the history of the electronics industry, said Roger Kay, an analyst with Endpoint Technologies Associates. “The scale of it is phenomenal.”

It surely seems the largest ever. They better do it, lol, else people will start suing them badly. Some only need a slight go ahead for suing big companies. So if you own a Dell Laptop just go to the Dell Battery Program Official Website and check things around. Well, if I were you, I would visit it anyways, even if I had no laptop mentioned in the list above. You never know! LOL. The people who bought laptop not more recently, I mean to say like in 2004 and 2005. They are the lucky ones. How? Batteries usually get lower with passage of time and use. So they can get a brand new battery now for free. LOL.

So if you got Dell, do check out and pray for me if you get the replacement :p.

59th Independence Day

Posted by The Patri0t 14 August, 2006 | (5) Comment

Happy Independence Day! 59 years passed but alot to think about. I am really not in a mood to write any political thing today, so I will just wrap up this one. I was going to write “Discrimination – Part 2″ but decided not to write it since it takes alot of my time and I don’t get the feedback about such boring topics either. I wish our Government had celebrated this Independence Day very simply to show solidarity with the brothers and sisters of Lebanon. They suffered alot. We should have instead of spending money on Independence Day, sent with the same money aid to Lebanon. They do need it very much.

A poem for Lebanon

Posted by The Patri0t 9 August, 2006 | (11) Comment

Dr. Shahid Masood on behalf of ARY One World was the first journalist to travel to Lebanon and report what was happening there. Followed by Hamir Mir of GEO News. I was watching one of his program few days ago on GEO News, which he sent from Lebanon. He said a very beautiful poem of Faiz Ahmed Faiz from 1982, when he had written it about the War that time. It surely fits in for now too.

I recommend downloading the audio file. The quality might not be too good as I recorded it from TV with my Sony Ericsson W800i, but one can hear it easily.

Faiz Ahmed Faiz's 1982 Poem

Roman Urdu
Mere dil mere musafir
Huwa phir se hukm saadir
Keh watan badar hon ham tum
Dain gali gali sadaaen
Karain rukh nagar nagar ka
Keh surgaagh koi paaen
Siyyar-e-naama bar ka
Har ek ajnabi se poochain
Jo pata tha apne ghar ka
Sare kooe na-a-shnaaeyaan
Hamain din se raat karna
Kabhi es se baat karna
Kabhi us se baat karna
Kahoon kis se main ke kia hai
Shab-e-gham buri balaa hai
Hamain yeh bhi tha ghaneemat
Jo koi shumaar hota
Hamain kia bura tha marna
Agar ek baar hota

Hats down for all the Media personnel in Lebanon, the one’s who are sending back the true images.
