Thank You so much. My computer was hit with massive viruses two years ago and that option was suddenly gone. It was so bad that it crippled norton and kicked it in the teeth. GOD I wish I knew as much about computers as everyone else. Now if only this .dll problem would stop. Haven't had even major problems since I stopped using norton and ESPECIALLY Internet Explorer browser which would crash all the time. Now it's verizon security suite and firefox. Glorious.
