Go there and Register your self for whatever you want. Live Messenger Sign ups are not available though right now.
I have been invited and selected for Windows Live Messenger too, which is up coming version of MSN Messenger. I downloaded it and am using it. It’s really cool. I am in love with it. Posted 3 suggestions right away after checking it. 
That’s wat increases the “PRESTIGE” as a Beta Tester. 
I should post some snaps of Live Messenger in action + a review “kinda” about it but I have to first make sure that I do not go against any of the Agreement rules thats made between Microsoft and their Beta testers.
